Would not recommend! I'm a joint account holder with my husband yet everyone time I go there I get nothing but problems. They have ways / rules that are ridiculous and no other bank does these things . They like to control your funds telling u when u can and can not have them which no other bank has done to me yet !!! Been a customer for 5 + years but chosing to change banks else where !
They are really helpful and friendly there. They are very professional and always are happy to help in anyway they can.
Don't expect good customer service from First Citizens Community Bank. You would be better off looking elsewhere.
I had been a customer for 10+ years... Relocated to another state and had a small balance remaining. A reoccurring payment of $35 came through and caused a small negative balance. They returned the payment and assessed a $35 fee. They refused to reduce the fee to the balance in the account. They are sending me a bill for $16. So much for being a LONG STANDING customer.
