I am very pleased with the honesty of the dealership. I purchased a used truck in December of 2014 that was known to have a problem with the tire sensors. The dealership tried to address the problem, but the fail sensor light stopped coming on. This meant that in order to fix the problem, the Sensor failure had to be on when I took it to the dealer service department. Because it was intermittent, it took until December of 2015 to finally get the condition resolved...Did I mention that I bought the truck in 2014...Yes a year later they were able to track it down and they made the repair at no charge. This repair was based on a hand shake a year earlier. When was the last time you can remember a dealership honoring a hand shake?
My car broke down in PA at a gas station at Thanksgiving time! Not a great start to a wonderful story. We were taken care of by the caring people. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely. Thank you for making us feel like we were home. To those of you who live near them and are looking for a mechanic, I can only say that anyone who treated strangers this way will make sure to take good care of you and your vehicle.
Just purchased my fourth vehicle in a row from Cole and Burd. I like the easy going reception I get at both sales and service. They make recommendations and even suggest longer service intervals based on my driving. I feel they are more than responsive to my needs. Just purchased by Blaise Alexander. Hope positives remain.
Hubby bought my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek two years ago through them. I absolutely love my car! And our salesperson Terry Yoder, was very nice and informative. I would definitely purchase another vehicle through them again in the future.
