We used them to have my uncle cremated. They had his body sent there from Baltimore, then applied so much makeup that he barely looked like he'd been dead for three days. It was a private funeral. All of us that were attending (My sister, mom, grandparents, and other uncle) went in to see him and they made no comments as we frequently entered and left for an hour straight. We got his ashes in the mail in another four or five days. Very nice ladies that are understanding of their customers' tragedies.
